Earlier this year... I witnessed something quite remarkable on the Lewa Conservancy in Kenya. The relocation of an elephant! A few naughty bulls that broke through fences, raided crops and got themselves in trouble were to be caught and translocated.
I came back from that experience with so many words I couldn’t properly tell it. I had, as often in these cases, taken many photos. Reliving the moments, understanding in hindsight and processing my emotions I wrote about what happened. Africa Geographic posted it on their website.
